Buxton Preschool 30 Hour Eligibility Check

For those Parents/Carers wishing to apply for 30 hour funding from the Local Authority for next term please  go online to:

Follow the steps on the website and go through the eligibility check online. At the end of the check you will be provided with an 11 digit code if you are successful.

Once you have your code please then complete the following form and submit it.
